I kid you not. Norma and Arthur have a decision to make - one of them must die to save their son. So Arthur shoots Norma. She dies. He gets taken away and told by the Mars project Nasa dude, "he will be taken care of," and son Walter is no longer blind or deaf. Um, YEAH. OK. GREAT MOVIE.
